Above are my sketches and roughs for my graffiti designs. My name is Cel and I love graffiti!

Classmates have commented that the red portion of “CEL” could be replaced with another colour in order to make the name stand out a little bit more.

After the crit session, I changed the colour from Red to Purple.

Moving on, here’s a look at my sketches and roughs for the HATE design:

I hate fire. Mainly just the thought of being burnt to death scares me. During the critique session, someone said my letter C looked like a magnet. haha. Someone in class did a really good flame design. Perhaps I should go learn how to do that too.

The 2nd image below is that of the flame without outlines, done after the critique session.

Yes no harm in learning the techniques! I am sure you can improve your designs with that.
Can you please upload your thumbnail and roughs too.
This will allow us ‘ viewers’ to understand the process of your design concept.
